Chef Jesse Bell has been the Chef of FIRE Steakhouse in Atmore for the past five years. He studied at the Culinary Arts Academy at the University of Southern Mississippi, then went to work as a Sous Chef at a locally owned restaurant in Pass Christian, Mississippi, before it was leveled by hurricane Katrina. After the hurricane, he relocated to Baton Rouge, but exactly one year later, he was back on the coast to reopen Beau Rivage casino, where he was the youngest Chef on property.
Chef Stephen attended Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina and was the Chef for several catering companies before joining the Wind Creek family in 2013. His talent and passion quickly elevated him through the ranks toward his current position as Head Chef of our FIRE Steakhouse in Wetumpka. Chef Allen’s passions are traveling, food, and wine, all of which influence each dish he creates. His approach to food is very simple, using classic French techniques with a southern twist, and letting the food be the star.
