The Wind Creek Standard

Introducing the Wind Creek Standard

Wind Creek reopened its resort properties to the Wind Creek Standard. In this introductory video, our President and CEO Jay Dorris explains what that means.

Our Commitment to You

We have re-opened properties according to a very simple standard: The Wind Creek Standard. Put simply, we must be comfortable inviting our friends and family in the door, and comfortable with everyone who comes in our doors going home to our friends’ and families’ neighborhoods.

In order to meet this high Standard while COVID-19 remains a reality, we have had to make many changes to the Guest experience, and we fully expect to make further changes as we adapt to this unpredictable situation.

Wind Creek and Alabama Are Winners

Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Chair and CEO Stephanie Bryan says that the Wind Creek Standard for safety is part of the tribe’s commitment to the state of Alabama and the communities it serves: “We want to make sure that we have the best entertainment venue that is the safest anywhere near the state of Alabama.”

Keep Alabama Open: Wear A Mask!

Wind Creek Hospitality President & CEO Jay Dorris joined other Alabama leaders to encourage Alabamians to wear a mask when they're out in public. They might not be fun to wear, but until there's a vaccine, they're the best way to keep Alabama open, protect the growth of small businesses, move toward opening schools and having football in the fall, and most important, to protect family, friends and neighbors.

Your Turn Could Be Next

Wind Creek's Alabama casinos are back and the WINNING is ELECTRIC! Come on in. Keep on playing. Your turn could be next! Walk-ups are always welcome or you can make a reservation for the gaming floor on the Wind Creek app, at or by calling 866-946-3360. #Alabama

Our plan represents Wind Creek Hospitality’s effort to identify actions and practices to mitigate the risks of exposure of our Team Members and Guests to COVID-19 as we resumed operations at Wind Creek Hospitality’s properties.
